Dear Dr. Lopez,

I wanted to express to you and your support staff my most sincere gratitude for your expertise in providing me with what I would term as the highest level of dental care possible. I woke up this morning looked at myself in the mirror, and was amazed at the transformation in my appearance. I have contended with issues related to my self esteem for many years because of the poor appearance and condition of my teeth.

This I would primarily attribute to lack of access to adequate dental care as a child/adolescent, dental neglect, combined with inherited bad dental genes. However, today I am smiling from ear to ear and am very proud of my new look. You have been so awesome to me throughout this process, and as a result of my new look I feel as though I also have a new outlook on my life. I have long aspired to improve my smile, but was intimidated by previous bad dental experiences and fear of the lack of affordability. You and your staff have made me feel very special and important, and have always considered and prioritized my needs and wants without reservation. I began receiving compliments without solicitation, from fellow students and coworkers almost immediately after the completion of my veneers yesterday. And I feel as though these are the teeth that I was intended to have, natural, comfortable and white! I am appreciative of your patience with me and your refusal to render to me any care that would equate to less than the best.

I will always remember you for assisting me in meeting this life long goal and would be pleased to refer and recommend anyone I know or come across to you for assistance with accessing dental care.
